1. Legal Notice

This platform is published by RIADVICE SUARL ("MyKitBuild", "we", "our", or "us"), a company registered in Tunisia. Hosting provider: OVHcloud, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.

The content of this platform, including texts, illustrations, and software, is the exclusive property of RIADVICE unless otherwise indicated. Any reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyKitBuild ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all websites and services operated by MyKitBuild.

3. Description of Service

MyKitBuild is a community platform for plastic model kit builders to track collections, log build progress, plan paint schemes, and share builds with others.

4. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You may not impersonate others or create accounts by automated means.

5. User-Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of content you post (posts, comments, collections, color schemes).
  • By posting, you grant MyKitBuild a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute your content on the Platform.
  • You may not post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on third-party rights.
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Social Sharing

The Platform enables sharing to third-party social networks (X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). You are responsible for complying with those platforms' terms when using this feature. We do not post on your behalf without your explicit action.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Spam, scraping, or automated access without permission.
  • Uploading malware, harmful code, or disruptive scripts.
  • Harassment, hate speech, threats, or discrimination toward other users.
  • Commercial solicitation or advertising without authorization.
  • Circumventing any security or access controls.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via your settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RIADVICE SUARL and MyKitBuild shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on the Platform and via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
